We process all refund requests within 2 business days. Funds typically appear in your account within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card provider.

You can cancel your PDFTash Pro subscription at any time:
After cancellation, you keep Pro access until the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again.

PDFTash Pro payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our authorized payment and billing partner. Refunds are issued back to your original payment method (credit/debit card or PayPal).
Lemon Squeezy acts as the Merchant of Record for all PDFTash transactions, which means they handle billing, VAT, and refund processing on our behalf.
